Christmas Adopt-A-Table - Back

Adopt-A-Table Information - What to Provide: Table setting, meal, and gifts for each resident
Table Setting: You will be hosting 10 male residents. You are responsible for providing all paper products for your table (cups, plates, napkins, and cutlery). In previous years some hosts have chosen to use china/stoneware on each table but this year we are asking each host to use disposable tableware. You will also be responsible for decorating your 8 foot rectangular table. Be as creative as you would like.
Work Station: You will also be pre-assigned a work station in order to add finishing touches, prepare plates to be served and store gifts until after the meal. Your work station is the location where you will take all food once you arrive and it will also be designated with a tent card. Limited access to ac power and power strip can be provided but requires prior notice with Jessica Miller email by December 1.
Meal: You choose. You will be responsible for preparing and serving the meal, desert and drinks. The meal should be completely prepared in advance and brought ready to serve. Ice will be provided for you.
Gifts: Please prepare gift bags. We ask that you do not present the gifts until after you have served the meal. Remember that this is your evening to make special memories for some very special people. Please limit gifts to $15 - $20 per person and purchase 10 of the same item so that each resident at your table receives the same gift (variation in colors is acceptable).

The Community Outreach Center and The Worship Center will be available for you to set up your table on Saturday, Dec 3rd beginning at 11:00 AM and Sunday Dec 4th at 3:00 PM. Your guests will arrive promptly at 5:00 PM. Space during dinner will be limited so please keep this in mind as your family or group prepares.

Due to possible resident turnover, there may be fewer guests at your table. Any remaining gifts will be given to new residents arriving prior to Christmas.
