Thank you for your interest in the Volunteer Program and The Foundry.
For more than 35 years, The Foundry has provided food, shelter and the opportunity for Christ-centered recovery for Alabama's homeless, addicted and destitute.
The annual numbers are staggering: A Christ-centered recovery program providing 85,775 nights of shelter and more than 301,125 meals. Each number represents lives broken by the bonds of poverty, addiction, abuse and homelessness.
There is only one way we are able to meet the enormous needs in central Alabama, God's love and provision. He blankets us with His mercy and grace, and He leads individuals, businesses and churches to support this vital ministry either through prayer, volunteering or financial support.
